Tara Shafiepour RP, Reiki Practitioner, C.Hyp, CRPO
My purpose is to support you in releasing old traumas, fears, energetic blocks and limiting thought patterns that keep you from living a liberated and fulfilled life. I take a holistic approach to therapy, drawing on spiritual practices and psycho-education, including, but not limited to, reiki and hypnotherapy, to help clients work through life’s challenges with greater balance and understanding. My priority is to make therapy a safe space for you to express yourself freely, without fear of judgement, and to support you in the pursuit of fostering a compassionate relationship with yourself and those around you.

With over 20 years in the healing arts, I integrate psychotherapy with Eastern and Western modalities, addressing mind, body, and soul. My holistic approach explores emotional health, trauma, spirituality, and core beliefs to uncover root causes of distress—empowering clients to heal, grow, and reconnect with their true potential.

Megan Mootoo
Registered Psychotherapist
As an Indo-Guyanese Canadian and Registered Psychotherapist, I bring a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and client-centred approach to therapy. Grounded in authenticity, vulnerability, and hope, I support individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, identity, and relational challenges. My integrative approach draws from Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, psycho-spiritual care, and mindfulness, with an attachment-based lens. With a Master’s in Pastoral Studies in Psychotherapy and a background in education and hospital-based care, I help clients explore core beliefs, reconnect with their worth and purpose, and create meaningful, lasting change. I’m also a budding professional actress and believe deeply in the healing power of creativity.

Haifa creates a warm, client-centered space for individuals to explore challenges, build resilience, and develop self-trust. She integrates CBT, Somatic Experiencing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness to support healing from anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. Her approach is personalized to each client’s goals, fostering growth and self-discovery. Rooted in compassion and collaboration, Haifa values the unique path of every client. Fun fact: she’s also a musician who believes deeply in the healing power of creativity.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, working with individuals and couples through a multicultural, trauma-informed lens. I integrate approaches like psychodynamic, existential, EFT, CBT, and Imago Dialogue to support your unique journey. Whether you’re navigating relationships, healing from past experiences, or seeking greater peace, I aim to create a safe, supportive space shaped by your story and pace.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. Couples therapy rates start at $250. We accept insurance; however, we do not do direct billing.
